These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, apps, and services provided by Arkane Labs LLC ("Arkane Labs," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to all Services published by Arkane Labs LLC. Specific Services may have additional terms that supplement these Terms. In case of conflict, the Service-specific terms control for that Service.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
02Your account
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

04Purchases and subscriptions
Some Services offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Apple App Store purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Apple's terms govern billing, refunds, and subscription management for those transactions. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the App Store settings on your device.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Pricing and changes
We may change prices for new purchases or future renewal periods with notice. Current subscribers will be notified before any price change affecting their renewal.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
05Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by Arkane Labs LLC or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Arkane Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.
06Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
07Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
08Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
09Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARKANE LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arkane Labs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This provision does not affect your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those laws cannot be excluded by contract.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by other means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arkane Labs LLC regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
